This beautiful, newly renovated 4BR/3BA home is nestled below Mount Olympus and only minutes away from Downtown SLC, the airport and six different ski resorts.
Enjoy the close proximity to downtown Salt Lake City and be sure to take advantage of the convention center, shopping, and dining at City Creek Center -- all a quick drive away. Swing by Sugarhouse, a trendy area with a lively nightlife scene that includes breweries, sports bars, and chic cocktail spots. Enjoy the spacious backyard with a patio, private hot tub, and grill. LIVING AREAS
With inviting living areas, there’s plenty of space to spread out and relax. The first living room provides a large sectional with a full-size pullout bed, 55” 4k smart TV, two overstuffed armchairs, and a coffee table that provides a perfect spot for a fun-filled game night.
